Sorry for all you followers out there.......I know it's been awhile but I have plenty of photos to post. On Saturday April 11, we went to the Rancho Murieta Easter Egg Hunt. It was great fun! They had 4 authors who were signing their books, so we added to Jackson's growing library with the Lynn E. Hazen book: Buzz Bumble to the Rescue. They also had a petting zoo, pictures with the Easter Bunny and of course the egg hunt. Jackson had a great time and was able to palm his Easter Egg.......a future basketball player?????
On Sunday we went to the Anderson Easter. As always it was so much fun. My aunt and uncle have a spectacular yard with plenty of good hiding places. The kids under 15 hunted for candy while all the older cousins hunted eggs with cards for our annual Poker Egg hunt. I came in second....not to shabby! Also it was followed by the egg or should I say raw egg toss. The first round was couples....the highlight was my Aunt Michele showering my Uncle Gregg in egg! The next round was teams of your choice, my cousin Josh and Uncle Gregg won last year and defended their title again with another win! Of course the best part of the day was the announcement of my cousin Jason's engagement to his beautiful girlfriend Megan. Megan is such a great girl and we are so lucky to have her "officially" join our family!! Congrats to both of you!
